1. Coaches are leveraged.
One hour with the right coach changes a career, a marriage, a company. The work is high-stakes. The tools should be too.
2. Admin is the enemy.
Every hour spent on scheduling, invoicing, or transcript editing is an hour stolen from your craft. We measure ourselves by hours given back.
3. AI is a craftsman, not a replacement.
Our AI listens, drafts, organises — then steps aside. The coach decides what goes out. The voice stays human.
4. Privacy is non-negotiable.
Session recordings, transcripts, and client notes belong to the coach and the client — never us, never our model providers, never anyone else.
5. Less, but better.
We'd rather ship five things that feel inevitable than fifty that feel cluttered. Every feature earns its place.
